Cleantech Lithuania Annual Members' Meeting: Strategy and Directions 2026 Approved

On February 5, the annual meeting of Cleantech Lithuania members was held, bringing together business, scientific and public sector representatives of the cluster. Members from energy, software, waste management, renewable energy, biotechnology and academia gathered in one space.

In the first part of the meeting, the activity report for 2025 was presented and approved. The results of the year, community involvement, implemented initiatives, project activities and directions of cooperation were discussed. This review became the starting point for a broader conversation: where the cluster creates the most value, what activities are needed more and how best to engage members from different areas.

Subsequently, a strategy for the period 2026 to 2030 was adopted, setting out the cluster's priorities for the near term: promotion of innovation and joint projects, cross-sectoral cooperation, strengthening internationality and developing the network of members. The strategy defines the main directions and objectives up to 2030 that will guide the planning of cluster activities.

In the third part, the operational plan for 2026 is presented. It helped to agree on priorities for the coming years and to articulate more clearly the forms in which the cluster will move forward: what initiatives will be pursued, where there is room for new projects and how member engagement will be organised. After presentations and discussions, the decisions were unanimously approved, which is a clear signal that the chosen direction has the support of the members.

During the meeting, the FINEX project opportunities for cleantech businesses were presented, discussing how members can take advantage of the project directions to find practical solutions, new contacts and collaboration formats. Relevant funding instruments and calls and communication as a competitive advantage were also discussed, with specific examples and recommendations relevant to cluster members.

An important part of the meeting was the internet. During the event, active conversations and exchanges of contacts took place, and the ideas discussed and the initiated acquaintances provided prerequisites for further cooperation.
